  • Representing a pipeline company in a breach of contract action

  • Representing a First Nation in a trial regarding a royalty dispute with the Government of Canada

  • Representing a leading multinational energy company in an arbitration regarding a political risk insurance policy

Professional Activities

Stefani volunteers with the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the Queen’s Bench Amicus Program, where she provides pro bono legal services to unrepresented litigants.

Stefani is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
