Alexis's practice covers various aspects of civil, commercial and administrative law, with a particular focus on infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (P3s), M&A, and public and private financings. Alexis advises private and public entities on developing and preparing tenders and drafting and negotiating partnership and other commercial agreements in the context of projects for the design, build, financing and operation of infrastructure.
Alexis has participated in a range of transactions in various sectors, including construction, energy, transportation, manufacturing and services. He is involved in all facets of a transaction, from due diligence to closing, and assists with drafting commercial agreements and related transaction documents. He also provides advice on the regulation of public contracts and construction projects to institutional and private clients.
Alexis rejoined Blakes after spending two years in Paris as an associate with a leading U.S. law firm.
Alexis is fluent in both English and French.
