Julie’s practice puts her at the forefront of some of the most complex Canadian and cross-border merger transactions. She is also co-founder of Canadian Women in Competition Law, the only group of its kind in Canada, and co-author of Leading the Way: Canadian Women in the Law, which documents the inspiring journey of 50 Canadian women lawyers whose tenacity effected real change for women in Canada.
