The Definity Insurance IPO was named Capital Markets Deal of the Year. Definity Financial Corporation received Banking & Financial Institutions Law Department of the Year, while the company’s Senior Vice President of Legal and Strategy, Innes Dey, was named Law Department Leader of the Year.
EllisDon was awarded Construction, Infrastructure and Transportation Law Department of the Year.
TD Bank’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Jane Langford, was honoured with Female Trailblazer of the Year – In House.
