Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is pleased to announce that Partner Brian Facey has been named one of Canada’s Top 25 Most Influential by Canadian Lawyer Magazine.
The list, now in its eighth year, recognizes the most influential individuals in the Canadian justice system and legal profession. Brian was selected for his innovative and precedent-setting work, which continues to shape mergers and acquisitions in Canada. His work and views are repeatedly cited by Canadian courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as scholars around the world.
Brian is a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Competition Law Section. He is also Chair of the Blakes Competition group, which was awarded Competition Law Firm of the Year in 2016 by Chambers Canada.
