Milly Chow has been named as the next President for the Turnaround Management Association (TMA Global).
TMA Global encompasses a broad range of professionals seeking to strengthen the global economy by working to save distressed businesses. The international association has more than 8,300 members in 55 chapters worldwide.
Milly, a Partner in our Restructuring & Insolvency group, will lead the TMA, effective January 1, 2017.
“Being a member of TMA has provided me with a tremendous global platform to cultivate professional relationships and opportunities across chapter, regional, national and international levels,” said Milly.
“As President of TMA, I hope to share that message and grow similar opportunities for our current and future members.”
Milly is recognized in Canada and internationally as a leader in restructuring law, with significant experience in high-profile and complex Canadian and multi-jurisdictional turnaround matters.
Members of TMA are an extremely diverse group of professionals from a variety of disciplines, including law, financial advisory, turnaround consulting, investment banking, banking, distressed investing and private equity.
