Blakes enhances its IP Litigation practice with the addition of an accomplished Counsel.
Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is pleased to announce that Stephanie Anderson has joined the Firm’s Toronto office as Counsel in our IP Litigation group.
Stephanie brings extensive experience in patent and regulatory disputes in the life sciences sector. She has appeared before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal in significant trial and appellate matters and regularly advises on complex proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations and on Canadian aspects of multi-jurisdictional lawsuits. Her addition further strengthens our team’s depth in high-stakes intellectual property (IP) litigation.
