Named Canada Law Firm of the Year by Who’s Who Legal for Ninth Consecutive Year

We are pleased to announce that Blakes was once again selected as the leading law firm in Canada in the Who's Who Legal Awards. Blakes has been honoured with this award for nine consecutive years – ahead of all other Canadian firms.

Partner Donald Gray was also named Lawyer of the Year for Transport - Aviation Finance.

Now in their 13th year, the Who’s Who Legal Awards are based on an independent six-month research process that encompasses feedback from private practitioners, clients and other experts in the sector. The results are then compiled to determine which firms have achieved outstanding results in their country overall.

Blakes was also recently selected as the top Canadian firm in Who’s Who Legal: M&A and Governance 2017.
