Blakes is pleased to announce the launch of our Diversity & Inclusion Speaker Series. This series will feature leading business professionals, scholars and thought leaders. The goal of the series is to engage our clients in meaningful and dynamic discussions on important topics relating to fostering excellence through inclusion.
The series kicked off on January 14, 2016, with a presentation by Todd Sears, a former investment banker and founder of Out Leadership. Mr. Sears is a recognized authority in the field having presented to corporate leaders across the world. Following an introduction by former TD Bank President and CEO Ed Clark, Mr. Sears’s presentation focused on the importance of inclusive leadership through a focus on the LGBT experience.
