In January 2019, the Government of Canada announced changes to regulations governing how and where drones can be operated in Canada. These regulations will also introduce new requirements for drone users and will take effect on June 1, 2019.

During this short video, Blakes Partners Auriol Marasco and Jason MacIntyre from our Drones team discuss the recent regulatory changes and the implications for businesses. For a more detailed overview, please view our February 2019 Blakes webinar: Drones: A New Way Forward (Blakes Business Class account required).
