In this seminar, you will discover your preferred style of leadership using a self-scored questionnaire and discuss how and when to effectively use six leadership styles. Case studies will be discussed to illustrate each style separately and in combination. By enhancing your awareness and honing your leadership skills, you will ensure your leadership success and increase your career satisfaction.
