For employers and their advisers, managing these intersecting issues demands not only a thorough understanding of the legal framework, but also practical judgement about how to act decisively while minimizing legal and reputational risk.

This session is designed for in-house counsel, human resources leaders and senior management professionals who regularly confront these challenges.
