Technology Associate

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is seeking an Associate to join the Technology practice group in the Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials with three to five years of relevant experience. We are interested in candidates with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
