• Counsel to a Canadian company in an ICC arbitration against an international counterparty regarding an aircraft work contract dispute, seated in Switzerland

• Represented the intervener before the Alberta Court of Appeal in a case concerning the application of the Cape Town Convention on international interests in mobile equipment, particularly security interests in aircraft, within Canada (Avmax Aircraft Leasing Inc. v.
