Renate has been with Blakes since 1997. One of her many responsibilities include assisting clients and members of the Firm in understanding their SEDAR/SEDI and TSX SecureFile procedures and filing requirements.

Renate is also involved with the compilation of the Firm's holdings of securities and the distribution of the various Blakes Bulletins on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law and regulation.
