About Ahmed

Ahmed practises in all areas of tax law. His practice includes corporate tax planning where he advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, restructurings, financings and credit facilities in both the domestic and cross-border context.

Ahmed's practice also includes managing the tax dispute resolution process with the Canada Revenue Agency by providing advice and representation in respect of audits and appeals, preparing notices of objection and notices of appeal, handling document requirements, preparing written representations and conducting oral examinations before the Tax Court of Canada.

Ahmed clerked for the judges of the Tax Court of Canada.
