Ana's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions (bilateral and syndicated loan structures).
Prior to joining Blakes, Ana summered, articled and practised financial services law as an associate in the Toronto office of an international law firm.
