Anwuri's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions. She regularly advises lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured transactions, bilateral and syndicated financings, project finance and acquisition finance matters.
Before joining Blakes, Anwuri practised as an associate at a tier-one firm in Nigeria. She later completed her articles at another leading Canadian law firm.
