About Ari
Ari's practice covers all aspects of Canadian and international income tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, investment products, private equity and capital markets transactions. Ari also advises on tax controversy and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Blakes, Ari clerked for the judges of the Tax Court of Canada.
