About Arik

Arik is a corporate lawyer focused on transactional matters across all industries. He regularly acts for domestic companies expanding internationally and for global investors seeking to partner with, invest in and acquire Canadian companies.

In addition to his transactional practice, Arik has extensive experience working with companies and investors in the technology sector. He advises on corporate structuring, equity plans, debt and equity financing, intellectual property matters, licensing and commercial agreements, securities law and mergers and acquisitions.

Before practising law, he worked in the technology industry at an early ecommerce marketplace and managed a wholesale and retail business. These operational experiences give him a business operator’s and owner’s perspective that informs his practical advice to clients.
