About Braedon

Braedon's practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions.

Braedon joined Blakes as a first-year summer student in 2019 before completing a second-year summer term and his articles with the Firm in 2021/2022. During his articles, Braedon completed a secondment in the legal department of a major Canadian bank.

Prior to joining Blakes, Braedon worked at a mid-market M&A and venture debt firm.
