Julie is responsible for the recruitment of students and associates, as well as the mentorship and professional development programs of the Montréal office. In these capacities, she helps ensure the recruitment of new talents and their ongoing support at every stage of their careers as associates.

Prior to joining Blakes, Julie practised in the areas of family and estate litigation at a large law firm in Montréal, where she was also actively involved in the recruitment and mentorship of students for a number of years.

Julie is fluent in both English and French.
