A large part of Laura’s practice involves advising on employment and labour aspects of corporate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements and related executive employment, retention, transaction bonus, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. She also advises on post-closing employee integration matters.
Laura regularly represents and advocates for employers in employment and labour related litigation, arbitration and mediation, including wrongful dismissal actions and human rights applications.
