Luiz's practice covers a range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on public procurement, infrastructure and public-private partnerships (P3s). He advises clients on the development, preparation and ongoing administration of public tenders and procurement processes and the development of commercial agreements for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of infrastructure.

Luiz joined Blakes as a summer student in 2019 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2020/2021.
