Rachel’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and financings.  She also advises clients on securities regulatory and corporate governance matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.

Rachel completed her articles with Blakes in 2022/2023. Prior to joining Blakes, Rachel practised corporate law at the New York office of a leading New York-based international law firm.
