Belle is a Licensing Candidate in the Securities group. She obtained her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio with a concentration in business law. While in law school, Belle completed a semester with the Alberta Energy Regulator.
Prior to law school, Belle graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in political science.
