About Ben

Ben is developing a general litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has experience in commercial and environmental litigation and arbitration, as well as regulatory, administrative and constitutional law matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.

Prior to joining Blakes, Ben worked at a national firm in Vancouver and served as a judicial law clerk to five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Victoria.

Professional Activities

Ben is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice.

Ben volunteers with the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University, including serving as a member of the 2024 Kawaskimhon Aboriginal Moot Committee.
