About Brittany

Brittany's practice focuses on M&A, strategic investments and corporate financings. She regularly advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, spanning a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, technology, life sciences and financial services. She also frequently advises on debt and equity investments, complex commercial arrangements, joint ventures and other strategic transactions for corporate and venture capital investors, as well as emerging and growth stage companies.

Brittany joined Blakes in 2016 as an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group and joined the Corporate & Commercial group in 2019. She also spent a year working in-house as corporate counsel for a venture-backed tech company.
