Brock is a Summer Student at Blakes. Brock recently completed his second year at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
At Allard, he served as the president of the UBC Tax Law Club. He also represented Allard at the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot
Prior to law school, he graduated from McGill University with a bachelor of arts in philosophy.
