About Brody
Brody’s practice focuses on financial services in the areas of banking and commercial lending, including debt financing, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance, cross-border financing and related transactional work. He regularly acts for both borrowers and lending institutions in connection with a variety of bilateral and syndicated loan transactions.
As an Articling Student, Brody completed a three-month secondment with the legal group of a leading North American energy company.
