About Brooke

Brooke's practice focuses on all areas of corporate/commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has experience in a variety of areas including construction litigation, contractual disputes, securities litigation, administrative law, and constitutional matters.

As an articling student, Brooke clerked for the judges of the Court of Appeal of Alberta. 

Brooke is fluent in English and French.

Professional Activities

Brooke is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, The Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and l'Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Alberta.

She volunteers her time providing pro bono legal services to the public through the King's Bench Amicus Program and the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program. She also volunteers at Skipping Stone, Aberta's first Trans ID Clinic.
