About Shannon
In her practice, Shannon focuses on a broad range of transactional and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, reorganizations and complex corporate and commercial arrangements.
Shannon has represented Canadian and international clients in a range of transactions in various sectors, including manufacturing, distribution and services, food and beverage, insurance, technology, real estate, transportation and renewable energy, including acquisitions of wind, solar and biomass projects. She advises clients on all aspects of the transaction process from the initial phases through the implementation of the transaction to the post-closing transition.
Shannon is also frequently called upon by clients to provide practical and strategic advice on general corporate and commercial matters, including expansions into Quebec and Canada.
Shannon completed two secondments with a major power utility, during which she had an opportunity to advise on an array of matters.
Shannon is fluent in French and English.
