Steve has extensive expertise in the areas of real estate, law and finance. His practice focuses on sale, acquisition and financing transactions in the commercial real estate, industrial and infrastructure sectors. He regularly assists client in the due diligence process, particularly on real estate titles.

Steve is well organized and proactive and adopts a constructive approach in the face of change. He brings a high level of trust and demonstrates flexibility, adaptability and creativity when presented with new challenges or situations.

Before joining Blakes, Steve had a notary's office in downtown Montréal and was a partner in a large firm for 16 years. He also acted as senior legal counsel and vice-president of administration at a pension fund for seven years.
