She has significant experience with the structuring and offering of investment products and provides regulatory advice to buyers and sellers on acquisitions and divestitures involving investment management businesses. Tairroyn also advises clients with respect to registration, regulatory compliance matters, sales and marketing issues, governance and other securities regulatory matters.
