Tairroyn's practice focuses on advising clients in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including financings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.
Tairroyn was a summer student at Blakes after her second year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation. During her articles, she was seconded to the legal department of one of Canada's leading financial institutions, where she worked on a variety of corporate, securities and compliance matters.
