Callan practises corporate and securities law, with a focus on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and private equity transactions.

Callan has experience advising publicly traded issuers, private issuers and underwriters on a broad range of matters, including public and private M&A transactions, debt and equity offerings, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and compliance, continuous disclosure, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Blakes, Callan practised at another leading law firm.
