About Cameron

Cam practises corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate finance and corporate governance.

He regularly advises Canadian and U.S. companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including plans of arrangement, mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs and restructurings. His experience also extends to advising public and private issuers and underwriters on debt and equity offerings, corporate governance matters, and compliance with continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange requirements. Cam also acts for private equity funds and their portfolio companies on buyout, investment, add-on and exit transactions.

Before joining Blakes, Cam practised at leading U.S. law firms in New York and Toronto.
