Carrie’s practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions, financings and leasing. She advises domestic and international clients, including real estate companies, developers, pension funds, real estate investors, landlords and tenants. Carrie also has experience in drafting and negotiating various real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and various condominium documents. She frequently advises on complex real estate matters within merger and acquisition transactions, both nationally and abroad.
