About Cassidy
Cassidy is developing a broad civil litigation and dispute resolution practice. She has experience in complex tort and contractual disputes, securities litigation, class actions, and commercial arbitration. Cassidy has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has assisted with matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and various arbitral tribunals.
Cassidy joined Blakes as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2025.
