Chelsea joins Blakes as a Summer Articling Student after finishing her second year of law school at the University of Victoria. She completed her first year of law school at Thompson Rivers University, where she served as the director of program development for the TRU Access to Justice Club.

In the summer of 2021, she volunteered as a clinician with the Law Student's Legal Advice Program.

Prior to law school, Chelsea earned her bachelor of arts with distinction in criminology and health sciences at Simon Fraser University.
