About Chloe
Chloe practises corporate and commercial law within the Technology group. Her practice focuses on technology due diligence in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She assists in all stages of a transaction and is involved in drafting and reviewing transaction documents.
Her practice covers various aspects of technology law, including intellectual property, information technology, data security, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. She is extensively involved in both cybersecurity preparedness and incident response. Chloe also assists in drafting commercial agreements and advising clients on regulatory requirements.
Seconded to the legal department of a Quebec government corporation specializing in corporate financing, Chloe has also acquired insightful in-house experience.
She is fluent in English and French.
