Chloe returns to Blakes as an Articling Student after summering with the Firm in 2022.

She received her JD from Queen's University. She served as editor-in-chief of the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration. Chloe was awarded the course prize in Commercial Bankruptcy & Restructuring. She served as vice-president professional of the Queen's University Society of Graduate and Professional Students. Chloe is a registered nurse (non-practising).

Her advocacy experience includes health advocacy at the United Nations and the World Health Organization.
