About Chloe
Chloe maintains a diverse civil litigation and dispute resolution practice with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation and public law matters. She has acted for clients in litigation regarding contracts, real estate transactions, construction and infrastructure projects, constitutional matters, and Indigenous rights and title.
She also has experience in bringing judicial reviews of decisions made by government departments and administrative bodies. Chloe has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and before the Supreme Court of Canada and has assisted with proceedings before administrative boards and tribunals.
Chloe is fluent in English and French.
