About Chloe
Chloe is an Articling Student in the Competition & Antitrust group. She returns to Blakes after first joining the firm in 2025 as a summer student.
Chloe completed her juris doctor and bachelor of civil law at McGill University. During her studies, she was the editor in chief of McGill's Indigenous law publication, a caseworker at the Native Friendship Centre of Montreal, and a participant in the Kawaskimhon National Aboriginal Moot.
Prior to attending law school, she graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a first class honours degree in public policy & governance.
