Chris returns to Blakes as an Articling Student after joining the Firm as a summer student in 2022.

Chris holds a JD (with distinction) from the University of Alberta. During law school, he participated in the National Labour Arbitration Competition. Chris volunteered with Student Legal Services' criminal project and worked for the Faculty of Law as a 1L Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant.

Prior to attending law school, Chris earned a BA in philosophy from the University of Victoria and an MA in political and legal thought from Queen’s University.
