Christina has been a Corporate Transactions Law Clerk for over 15 years. Through her years of experience Christina has assisted lawyers in the Firm with various corporate transactions including mergers/acquisitions and reorganizations, corporate arrangements, routine incorporations, amalgamations continuances and amendments. Her experience in corporate transactions includes due diligence review of corporate records, preparation of working agendas and checklists, assisting at closings, preparing authorizing resolutions and other related corporate documents. Christina also assists in the management and co-ordination of due diligence materials for transactions using the Firm's virtual deal room software.

Christina has assisted with several transactions relating to alcohol and gaming matters and, as a result, has experience with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission dealing with liquor licence applications, renewals and transfers.
