About Claire
Claire’s practice involves a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing and financing. She acts for a wide range of clients such as landlords, tenants, developers, pension funds, financial institutions, and other lenders and real estate investors.
She also works closely with other practice areas within the Firm to provide real estate advice relating to commercial transactions, financing and energy projects.
Claire joined Blakes as an Associate after summering and articling with the Firm. As an Articling Student, she spent three months working in the legal group at a leading North American energy company as part of a secondment.
