  • Advice on climate change issues including regulatory disclosures and carbon trading matters

  • Environmental due diligence for financing of wind farm projects and mining projects

  • Negotiations regarding financing and joint operations of oil and gas exploration wells

  • Assistance in the negotiations on behalf of the Government of Canada on treaty implementation and an out-of-court settlement with the Crees of Northern Quebec

Professional Activities

Anne is a regular sessional lecturer at the McGill University Faculty of Law. She has taught courses on Law and International Development, Energy Law and Climate Change, Land Use Planning, Environmental Law and Municipal Law.

Anne is the Chair of the Board of Bio Fuel Net Canada, a former Network of Excellence established to advance bio-fuel research and development across Canada.

Anne is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Pipeline Association of Quebec, the New England-Canada Business Council, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, the Women in Mining Canada.

Anne is a member of a working group established under the auspices of the UN Global Compact Network Canada to assist Global Action Canada to prepare a Canadian Manual on the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct.
