Denise has been with Blakes since 1994, working first in the area of residential real estate and, for the past 16 years, in the area of commercial real estate. During that time, she has taken carriage of and assisted with all aspects of single and multiple property, commercial multimillion-dollar purchase, sale and financing transactions of vacant lands, shopping centres, office and apartment buildings and industrial properties.

Her responsibilities include electronic title searching, reviewing surveys, reviewing and reporting on off-title/due diligence materials, including corporate search results and lease and mortgage reviews; preparation of agreements and other closing documentation, requisitions or responses thereto, and preliminary and final reports; attending to the execution of closing documents and/or assisting clients with same; closing transactions and/or advancing funds; and compiling closing books as appropriate.

Denise is efficient in electronic title and execution searches as well as the procedure for the electronic preparation and registration of title documents.
