Since 1999, Jennifer has been assisting our lawyers with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She has been involved in single and multi-property acquisitions, land assemblies, sales, sale/leasebacks, developing an industrial condominium and financings. Her responsibilities have included searching titles, reviewing surveys/reference plans, drafting agreements, reviewing and summarizing title searches, drafting requisitions on title, completing real estate due diligence, preparing, organizing and attending to the execution of closing documentation, assisting clients with severance applications, attending at closings, preparing preliminary and final reports/title opinions and compiling closing books.

Recently, Jennifer has been extensively involved in all aspects of two separate rail corridor acquisitions. She also has taken an interest in leasing transactions and has experience in drafting and reviewing commercial leases under the supervision of the Firm's leasing partner.

Jennifer has a background in financial services (mid-market lending), including real property due diligence, document preparation and closings.
