Jill's practice involves advising clients in a wide variety of capital markets transactions and securities regulatory matters, with a focus on corporate finance, investment funds, and corporate governance and compliance matters. She has acted as counsel to both issuers and underwriters in public financings and private placements, and has provided ongoing regulatory compliance and corporate governance advice to the Firm's clients.

Jill was a summer student at Blakes after her second year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation. During her articles, she completed a three-month secondment in the legal department of one of the Firm's foreign investment banking clients.
